Hood River County
The unincorporated community of Dee is located on the west fork of the Hood River, in Hood River County. Travelers pass through Dee en route to Lost Lake. Source: The Dalles Chronicle.
Dee was named for Thomas D. Dee, business associate of the late David C. Eccles
and a stockholder in the Oregon Lumber Company. The name was used when the lumber
