Columbia Gorge Full Moon Meditation Group

Men
and women of goodwill who believe in the power of thought are using meditation
as a tool to establish right human relationships by creating a worldwide network
of light and goodwill. Meditation is a potent method of service to humanity
when the mind is used as a channel for the reception of the energies of light
and love and the will-to-good and their direction into human consciousness.
Today countless serving groups large and small meet regularly throughout the
world at the time of the full moon each month for meditation work.
We conduct Full Moon
meditations that are non-denominational and open to all that wish to attend.
Meditation is conducted in the format presented by Lucis
Trust, preceded by an Introduction that is appropriate to energies surrounding
the Full Moon
occurring that month. Particular emphasis is placed on the 3 Spring Festivals
- The Festival of Easter, Wesak, and the Festival of Humanity, as well as use
of the Great Invocation.

Our meditations are based on the format presented by the Lucis Trust. The worldwide
activities of the Lucis Trust, founded
by Alice and Foster Bailey, are dedicated to establishing right human relations.
The motivating impulse is love of God, expressed through love of humanity and
service of the human race. The Lucis Trust is non-political and non-sectarian.
It sponsors no special creed or dogma.
