Provides health care for low income Oregonians. The plan covers diagnosis, physician
services, check-ups, family planning services, maternity and prenatal care,
prescription services, dental services, alcohol/drugs treatment, and mental
health services. The plan does not cover conditions that get better on their
own, cosmetic surgeries, fertility services, or weight loss programs.

bajos recursos. El plan cubre diagnóstico, servicios médicos,
controles, servicios de planificación familiar, atención a embarazadas
y atención prenatal, servicios de medicamentos, servicios dentales, tratamientos
contra el alcoholismo y la drogadicción y servicios de salud mental.
El plan no cubre las enfermedades que se curan por sí mismas, las cirugías
