Our Mission:
To provide a dynamic, interactive, internet site for local people to access the information and services they need, to provide a platform for small businesses in rural areas to market their products on the internet, and to provide useful information about the area for everyone who has an interest in discovering more about the Mid Columbia.

We created A2Zgorge.info to:

• Create a powerful interactive database and search engine to provide information access for people seeking local products and services - especially people in isolated rural areas of our region.
• Enhance the resiliency of the Mid Columbia River Gorge community by providing citizens a tool to make informed choices.
• Provide local micro-businesses and home-based businesses with a resource to help them market their wares on the internet.
• Help the hundreds of local small to mid-sized businesses expand their market reach outside the local area.
• Provide marketing information to assist local businesses in their marketing efforts.
• Provide people who are first-time users of the social service and government service system with an easy to follow guide to help them learn about the services available to them, and to link them with access to resources.
• Assist social service and government workers in connecting their clients with local resources.
• Provide information and best practices on the topic of violence prevention.
• Provide information about the Mid Columbia River area for tourists and people interested in moving to the region.
